| SYNOPSIS: |
|
She longs to see every room in the
world... He longs to stay in his... ROOMS a rock romance begins in late 1970’s
Glasgow where Monica, an ambitious singer/songwriter meets Ian, a reclusive rocker.
The two quickly become entangled creatively and romantically. Their music takes
them first to London and ultimately to New York City, where they discover the
vibrant new music scene and create an intimate partnership, their love deepening
while their personalities drive them apart.

towards her whims. She is driven and has boundless energy. She has a true talent
for singing and a way with words; she is an entertainer. Her inspirations include
Bette Midler, Anthony Newley, Elton John and Barbra Steisand. |

Ian |

Early 20s. Tenor. Scottish.
Handsome, precocious, talented, and witty, Ian is also edgy, dark, troubled and
brooding. He is serious about his music. His outwardly confident and loose demeanor
and swagger masks many insecurities. His inspirations include Springsteen, Dylan,
McCartney and Lennon.
