Fans of O.C. native Eden Espinosa will have a chance to see her up close and personal when she and other stars participate in a fund-raiser concert this fall for the Chance Theater in Anaheim Hills. Tickets go on sale today for the event. Here's a note from the Chance's Casey Long:
"BROADWAY Chance Style: Up Close & Personal" will take place on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at the 477-seat OC Pavilion in Santa Ana.
The concert will star Anaheim's Eden Espinosa ("Wicked," "Flora The Red Menace" and current Broadway production of "RENT"), as well as Tony Award nominees Laura Bell Bundy ("Legally Blonde The Musical") and Kerry Butler ("Xanadu"). Rounding out the all-star roster is Bart Shatto (Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Broadway's "Les Miserables"), Stephen Tewksbury (current Phantom in touring production of "Phantom of the Opera") and Kristoffer Cusick (recently appeared as Fiyero in "Wicked" in Los Angeles). The evening will be hosted by Paul Canaan (judge for MTV reality series "The Search for the Next Elle Woods"), as well as The Chance Theater.
All proceeds raised from this one-of-a-kind event will benefit The Chance Theater's outreach and education programs, as well as support its mission of stimulating a more creative community in Southern California. For complete details, visit http://www.chancetheater.com/broadway.

Bundy, Butler, Espinosa, Cusick and More to Perform at Broadway Chance Style Benefit

A host of Broadway favorites will take part in an evening this fall to benefit The Chance Theatre, the Orange County ensemble-based theatre company.
Entitled Broadway Chance Style: Up Close & Personal, the theatre's 10th anniversary benefit concert will be presented Sept. 27 at Santa Ana's OC Pavilion.
Paul Canaan, who is a judge on the MTV reality series "The Search for the Next Elle Woods," will host the evening, which will boast performances by Legally Blonde's Laura Bell Bundy, Xanadu's Kerry Butler, Rent's Eden Espinosa, The Phantom of the Opera's Stephen Tewksbury, Wicked's Kristoffer Cusick and The Trans-Siberian Orchestra's Bart Shatto.
In a statement Chance managing director Casey Long said, "For our 10th Anniversary, we wanted to make our annual fundraiser something really special. It's an amazing lineup of talent in a very intimate atmosphere. People are traveling from across the country to be there, some as far away as New York." Proceeds from the benefit will support Chance's artistic programming, education programs and outreach initiatives.
The evening will also include silent and live auctions, a raffle drawing and the announcement of The Chance Theater's 2009 Season.
